Antonio Quari crafts authentic, perfumed, and refined wines that express the character of the region’s terroir. Trained with Henry-Frédéric Roch at Domaine Prieuré-Roch, he now produces his own cuvées using sustainably grown grapes and low‑intervention methods. No sulphur was added for this vintage to showcase Antonio's confidence in the performance of the 2020, and so the fruit can clearly express its aromas, resulting in a distinctive wine that reflect the  soil and grapes.
