A new domaine with a micro sought-after production, created in 2016 by Camille Thiriet in front of the castle of Comblanchien in the middle of Côte d’Or. It all started with 2000 bottles produced in a tiny garage and an ambitious project with the Canadian winemaker and partner Matt Chittick, and since 2022, Camille has acquired 6 hectares of vine, still in Corgoloin area. This vineyard used to be owned by Gilles Jourdan, who let her the rope when he retired.
With the help of Bernard Noblte from Domaine de la Romanee Conti (who has now retired and helps Camille on a friendly basis), and Jeremy Seysses of Domaine Dujac, she go serious people to help her in the early years.
floral notes, high tone of just riped small pears and peaches, followed by a touch of menthol.
