Founded by Hervé Bizeul, is one of the most influential estates in the Roussillon. “Les Sorcières” is the domaine’s emblematic cuvée — crafted to be expressive, generous, and irresistibly drinkable, while still reflecting the wild garrigue character of the region.

Aroma: Delicate aromas of ripe blackberries and blackcurrants (cassis), with nuances of rose and vanilla.

Palate: A rich and juicy fruit intensity, smooth tannins, and a sweet, pleasant aftertaste. It is described as having a bouquet of garrigue (wild herbs), black fruits, cherry, raspberry, and flowers, with crunchy spices and a slightly minty freshness.

Pairing: Perfect with grilled meats, lamb skewers, sausages, pizza, roasted vegetables, and Mediterranean dishes with herbs and olive oil. Also excellent slightly chilled for drinking itself.
