Cyprien Arlaud, who has managed Domaine Arlaud for over 20 years, is dedicated to producing wines that reflect the unique characteristics of Burgundy’s diverse terroirs. 

Scritch is Cyprien Arlaud’s playful, contemporary range of organic white wines, crafted to express the essence of Burgundy’s diverse terroirs. The name comes from the sound of chalk on barrels.

Located at an altitude of around 350 metres and flourish fully on the estate's limestone soils, bringing a breathtaking minerality to the wines. In the cellar, the grapes are vinified in a traditional and low-intervention manner. The aging for several months in barrels of several wines gives the cuvée a beneficial hint of fat that allows the wood not to take over.
