A premium sparkling wine from Burgundy, France, crafted using the traditional method (same as Champagne). It is primarily made from Pinot Noir (approx. 75–85%) with a small amount of Chardonnay (approx. 15–25%).

Aging: The wine undergoes at least 20 to 24 months of aging on its lees in the cellars of Dracy-le-Fort, which contributes to its complex bread crust and patisserie aromas.

Vineyards: Grapes are sourced from vines that are at least 25 years old.

• Aromas: Features an expressive bouquet of bright cherry, raspberry, and white flowers with biscuity, toasted undertones.
• Palate: Refined mousse and creamy texture, noting flavors of peach, apricot, lemon, and jasmine.
• Body and Finish: Creamy with a crisp finish and significant weight for a sparkling wine.
