A large single plot measuring 1.03 hectare, planted by “massal selection” (the traditional method of selecting suitable reproductive material from the best plants, in a particular farm or other holdings) in the 1930s on marly soil with southern exposure, on the border of the communes of Puligny-Montrachet and Corpeau. 

With a yield of 40-50 hl/ha, the average production is around 5,000 bottles. Fermentation takes place in stainless steel tanks, followed by batonnage and malolactic fermentation. The wine is aged for 12 months, with 2/3 in tanks and 1/3 in older oak barrels.
