Before starting his own label, Falsini spent years as a top-tier consultant, notably as part of the Matura Group. He has been instrumental in the success of several prestigious Italian estates:
- Sicily (Etna): Girolamo Russo and Graci, where he developed a specialty for the Nerello Mascalese grape.
- Tuscany: Giovanni Chiappini (Bolgheri), Piaggia (Carmignano), and Moris Farms.
- Piedmont & Umbria: Giacomo Fenocchio (Barolo) and Tabarrini (Montefalco).
Global Training: To expand his technical knowledge, he completed specialist courses at the University of Bordeaux and gained international experience working harvests in California (at Robert Mondavi), New Zealand (at Villa Maria), and Argentina.

Palate and Structure
- Body: Medium-bodied with a "nervy" and crisp energy.
- Texture: Described as crunchy and succulent with a silky, focused finish.
- Tannins & Acidity: Features fine, firm tannins—often likened to tea-like tannins—complemented by bright, salivating acidity.
- Finish: A very long, clean, and expressive finish that highlights the wine's volcanic terroir.
Rating:
A perfumed nose with redcurrants, wild strawberries, spices, rosewater, dried orange rind and some stones, too. It’s medium- to full-bodied with fine, firm tannins and bright acidity. It’s nervy and crisp with a succulent core of sour cherries and wild berries. Ample volume on the mid-palate and a focused, silky finish. (JS93)
