Winemaking Method: Vinified using 100% whole clusters (whole grape harvest). It is fermented in cement vats and aged for 18 months in both cement vats and wooden tanks before being bottled unfiltered.

• The Nose: Expressive and highly aromatic, offering prominent layers of plum, blackberry, pomegranate, and dark cherry, intertwined with complex notes of violet, lavender, gingerbread, and peppery spice.
• The Palate: Medium-to-full-bodied with a rich, pulpy texture. It features firm, chalky tannins, high acidity, and savory undercurrents of black olives, anise, and smoldering iron. 

Grape: Syrah, Grenache, Carignan, Mourvedre and Clairette
